Steps in Registering Local Hong Kong Company:

1. Basic information must be provided before we engage in Hong Kong company registration.
2. Evershine will suggest the best way to incorporate a Hong Kong company.
3. Engagement acceptance.

Incorporating a Hong Kong company will requre a Hong Kong address upon registration. HK company representative will also be needed in communicating with Hong Kong government and annual tax return filing. All these will be managed by Evershine upon execution of HK incorporation engagement. Incorporation normally takes 7-10 working days.

Liabilities of all companies incorporated in Hong Kong will be limited to shares. The names of those companies incorporated in Hong Kong should end with “Limited”.  There are no constraints on registered paid-in capital, par value of share and the currency you want to use to register your paid-in capital. You can register your pain-in capital in HK dollars, US dollars or RMB, etc. All information about your registration will be opened to the public for enquiries.

We will also help you open a bank account in Hong Kong. In such case, you need to go to Hong Kong in person. However, if you are in China, you can open an account at Hang Seng Bank via video conference to save you time and money on travelling.
